Life, seems to be a complecated but also a simple word.
College, the stage that begin to turn my simple life into complicated.
What become complicated are not things around but my heart, and after experienced a semester of college life, why can not feel the meaning of being a college student? After becoming a college student, I have more time and freedom to to decide what to do in my free time; however, there were just time and time wasted. When I was a child, I was eagered to grow up as soon as posible; but when  I grow up....
The things I want to do are too many, finding which thing I can do better is my goal now. Life is not only short also should be lived in a proper way; college life is also short and should be lived in a colorful way. This is the first time I write blog and post on the web, and I hope that I can gradually find out and live in my ideal college by record my daily life with this blog. If there is someone read my blog, I am willing to read the comment you leave and also I hope that you can share your feeling or experience.
In the end, new semester must have some goals and I will keep record by the blog in order to push me achive the goals. First :have progress in acdemic performence. Second: work out regularly in order to have a better body. And last : meet the miss right

  1. I had almost the same feeling as you when I was a freshman.
(this sounds like I am very old now...)
The following is just my personal experience. Perhaps this won't help you a lot since I am actually only a sophomore, but I am willing to share with you!

There are indeed a lot of differences between high school life and college life. Briefly speaking, the most important thing we need to do in high school is studying. There isn't much freedom for us at that time. However, in college, just like you mentioned, we can decide what to do during free time. At first, perhaps several weeks, I really enjoyed the freedom in college, but a sense of emptiness stroke me later on. I then decided to take the additional English courses in the foreign language center. This may sound boring but at least this helped me not to waste my time at night. Besides, I set a goal for myself: pass the transferring exam.

Well, the point is that setting goals for ourselves in college is really important. I guess you are on the right track! You already set some specific goals, so just try your best and fulfill them!

This is a very little sharing of my personal experience, and I just want to let you know that you are not the only person feeling this way. Many of my friends had the same feeling when they were freshman.

People always achieve their goals when they believe in themselves. Wish you all the best on achieving all of your goals:)

  2. well, when I am a freshman, i had almost same experience with you for a period. College as a turning point of life, I think it normally cost some time to adopt. Maybe I can offer you some advice, such as develop your ability that can help you achieve your goal, enjoy your college live and always being grateful.

  3. I can't agree with you more. Also, I hope that I can find my Miss Right lol. In addition, I also think that time management is the most important thing we both should learn. Let's do our best to make our university and future great again!
